Red PVC A4 ring binder. This binder is branded by encapsulating (completely sealing in) a litho printed sheet under a layer of transparent PVC on the outside front cover spine and back covers. The binders can be constructed in a range of different sizes, colours and fited with a variety of different ring mechanisms to hold your contents.
