Philosophy
We would normally speak of "a quality product, at a competitive price, delivered on time." That is a ticket to the game.
The value that we add to the raw product or creative concept has allowed us to prosper despite the pressure of imports from the East - we no longer see bulk imports as a threat but rather a factor that strengthens our market positioning.
We also understand that there is somebody - a procurement manager, marketing director, sales manager, agency production manager or events coordinator - whose reputation is on the line.
We are not however perfect, sometimes mistakes are made. What we can promise is that when things are less than perfect, most of the directors - including the MD - scramble to get things on track again.
